I have nothing but good things to say about our selling experience with Billy. He came very well prepared to our first meeting, and walked us through the various steps this would entail. He gave us a very thorough walkthrough on what fixes and/or beautifying we needed to do to be more attractive to buyers and personally designed and stagedour sad ugly balcony, creating a beautiful outdoor extension of our home.

He also helped us price our condo correctly so that when we had our open house, the response was just tremendous. The bids started immediately, and Billy walked us through each one advising on key points that were important to the viability of the chosen offer. We ended up at way over asking, and I give all the credit to Billy and his expertise. He was on point with every single step including paperwork and forms requirements, advising on legal issues related to our transaction, and the key negotiating points to our deal. He was calm and always reassuring, making the experience as painless as possible..
